Surfin’ USA, QWERTY with the Samsung i730

The Samsung i730 is probably the best smart phone we’ve seen so far. It’s got a 2.8 inch, 65,000-color display, Bluetooth, email, a web browser, and 64mb of memory (which is plenty for browsing the web and sending emails). Unlike some other smart phones, downloads are fast and reliable, in fact, the system specs support streaming media. Also, unlike many phones the i730 is equipped with a great speakerphone.

But perhaps the best feature is a full QWERTY keyboard that slides down for quick and easy email and text message, plus surfing the web. You can also manipulate settings with a stylus, both on the screen and the keyboard.

Just about the only thing missing from this monster is a camera, but don’t you already own one of those? Besides, a lot of offices have put a ban on camera phones for obvious reasons, so the fact that the 730i is lacking one actually makes it much friendlier to business and can be considered a boon in many ways.

No price on this bad boy yet, but if I were you I’d start squirreling way my paychecks now.
